The development on Libra Road, close to Plaistow station, comes on the back of RDV’s successful development in Stratford, The Tanneries, which launched in February 2016, and Nelson Street in East Ham, which was completed in September 2016. Planning committee approval has also been granted for 77 units in Grange Road, Plaistow and 185 units at Town Hall Annexe and Brian Didsbury Centre in East Ham.
