Red Door Ventures, the PRS and commercial residential developer, has appointed Patrick Shaw as its new Finance Director.
Patrick has over twenty years’ senior management experience in social housing, and has been instrumental in running teams to raise over £1billion of new loans to develop thousands of new homes.
Kent Taylor, Managing Director for Red Door Ventures comments, “We are delighted that Patrick has joined our expanding team. His experience will be invaluable as the business enters a period of rapid expansion.”
Patrick continues, “I am extremely excited to be joining the Red Door Ventures team and look forward to being part of the team bringing high quality private rented homes to the Newham area.”
Patrick has previously worked for Metropolitan Housing Partnership, Moat Housing Group, East Thames Group and Homes for Haringey.
Red Door Ventures has just launched its third development, Gregory House, in Libra Road in Plaistow, E13. The development features 17 brand new high quality one and two bedroom homes for rent within walking distance of Plaistow station.
The company is also offering tenants the option of purchasing a high-quality furniture and soft furnishing pack with different price levels to suit all budgets. Monthly costs will decrease substantially when a tenancy is renewed with the right to own the furniture after an agreed period.
Red Door Ventures has plans to build thousands of homes over the next ten years, bringing much needed new accommodation to help relieve the housing pressure in London.
