PRS proves a hit for young couple

Nathan explains, “I was living with my parents in Upminster and Emma was living with hers' in Hampstead Heath. We decided earlier this year to get a place together in London and started looking at Stratford, Clapham and Battersea.

“Having looked at a few properties with private landlords, we came across the PRS development, The Tanneries by Red Door Ventures and decided it was just what we were looking for and booked an appointment to view it.

“We were really impressed and instantly loved the fact that it was new build and had a good specification and lots of space. Prior to viewing we were considering going for a one-bedroom property, but when we saw that we could afford a two-bedroom apartment, we jumped at the chance.”

“PRS is such a good option for people looking to live in London, but can’t afford to buy a property. It has allowed us to live somewhere which is very good quality and gives us time to save up to hopefully be able to buy our own property after five years.”
