A conversion of the currently unoccupied Old Fire Station building into London Affordable Rent homes with a commercial unit at ground level. Removal of the detracting unoriginal elements and structures will take place with the aim of retaining and restoring the majority of the original fabric. Some alterations to the historic layout are proposed to create efficient access to the homes and flat layouts that meet contemporary design standards and aspirations.
This historic development of 7 units will provide open plan kitchen / dining rooms creating a spacious arrangement.
